Meet Michael, who began the carnivore diet in mid-July 2023. Since then, he has achieved incredible health milestones: losing 173 pounds and curing Type-2 Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, Arthritis, Neuropathy, Atrophy, and Severe Respiratory Issues. He has eliminated all 25 medications and no longer needs a CPAP machine to breathe at night. At 61, he feels 30 years younger.
